Hi! I’m Billi, the owner of Emersyn Rose Boutique! I live in a small town near St.Louis, Mo. I have a beautiful daughter named Emersyn Rose. I love spending time with her, going shopping & watching movies. Owning a boutique has always been a dream of mine, when I had my daughter I decided to take a leap of faith and go for it.
